Description

Net Weight: 50g

Ingredients: Wild Oolong Tea

Processing: This oolong tea is handpicked, withered, shaken in Bamboo Tray, pan-fried, hand-rolled and dried using Charcoal-fire .

Brewing Instructions (Western Brewing Method) : 

1. Use hot water at about 90 degree Celsius. You can bring water to a boil & allow it to cool slightly.
2. Place 2-3 grams of tea leaves (per cup of water) in a teapot.
3. Pour the water over the tea & allow to brew for 2-3 mins.
4. Strain & serve. The tea leaves can be steeped multiple times.

Please note: Do not boil the tea leaves

Brewing Instructions (Gong Fu Method using a Gaiwan) : 

1. Leaves to Water Ratio: 5 grams of dry tea leaves for 100 ml of hot water.
2. Use hot water at about 90 degree Celsius.
3. Brew the tea leaves for about 10-20 seconds in the first infusion.
4. Increase the brewing period by about 5-10 seconds for every subsequent infusion.

Taste notes: floral, earthy, nutty, woody
